OKX account unlink my phone number【APP】

If your mobile number is available

1.Open the OKX application and on the user center page, select security settings.

2.Enter the mobile verification page and click unlink google authenticator.

3.On the verification page, enter the verification code and click next step. Then complete the operation as required.

4.You will receive an Email/SMS confirmation upon successfully removing the phone number.

If you can't log in to your account

1.If you enable 2-step verification and log in to your account normally, the system will trigger 2-step verification.

If the mobile phone number or google verification code is lost and cannot be used, you can click I need help and select unlink the mobile number ****xxxx that's no longer in use.

2.You need to prepare the corresponding email address and certificate, and click next step.Then complete the operation as required.

3.You will receive an Email/SMS confirmation upon successfully removing the phone number.

Note:

1.If you do not bind your email address, you cannot unbind your phone number.

2.To secure your assets, you won’t be able to withdraw any funds within 24 hours after Change your phone number.
